The Connecticut Coalition to Improve End of Life Care seeks abstract submissions for poster presentations at our biannual conference to be held on March 30, 2019. This conference is an opportunity for faculty, students and clinicians to share original research related to the improvement of palliative and/or end-of-life care. Research in progress will be considered, and work from a variety of disciplinary perspectives is encouraged. The theme of the conference this year is “Spiritual and Cultural Dimensions of Care”, and special consideration will be given to abstracts focused on this topic.

Authors should upload a blind copy of their abstract (300 words max) including the following headings: Background, Purpose, Setting and Sample, Methods, Results (if applicable), Discussion. Abstracts are due by 2/15/2019. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by 2/25/2019.
